In Royan, filled with LPG (GPL) – surprisingly easy! Did some food shopping at Leclerc, then drove to ferry across mouth of Gironde. All worked out well, we didn’t wait long and trip was only 20 minutes or so. Also charged as small van (18€) rather than camper (€34).
Didn’t drive far, just to this CCP on the sandy coast. Not as cold a recently, walked along beach, impressive waves then through nudist campsite (no naked bodies, not surprising for November), then back along path by road.
