Long day, till 5.30pm!
Cultivated last section, below bean poles. Very dry but Handy worked well.
Sewed perpetual spinach, Deb planted out spring cabbage. Covered potatoes that were showing in case of frost.

Finished digging and cultivating area for spinach etc on 74. Exhausted but have all ground ready for seeds and plants!
Deb finished door for net, I did various small jobs and we uncovered and weeded new area for spinach, courgettes and squash.
Went down 11am – 4pm. Got hot.
Hadnt been feeling well, but battled on.
Moved bean poles.
Moved water butt to bottom of 74, put up brassica net, need to add door.
Forked over brassica area at bottom of 74, scatter blood fish and bone, then cultivated.
Soil surprisingly dry!
Awake 4am – 6am, woke feeling under the weather. Got worse, did a bit of work on John Byrt’s site and did census, but otherwise very little.
Rotavated second potato area and put in four rows: Cara (from Peter), Charlotte, Kestrel and Orla.
Deb finished moving stuff at bottom from 73.
