Have lifted all potatoes, still cutting courgettes, have had lots of spinach, but that is now poor as so dry, and cabbages (Hispi). The last have resprouted having cut them rather than pulling.
Sprayed brassicas and leeks with insecticide as cabbage whites about and warm weather forecast. Leeks doing very well, have eaten one already!
Onions have done well, but got rot, so probably won’t keep for long. Fine at the moment.
Deb and I have covered half of the large net and much of the top half of 73 with black plastic so that should keep it clear of weeds till next year.
Off on hols to France tomorrow so that is is for the main work of the season.
