Arrived Sunday evening, lovely sunset.
Monday, wandered around memorial garden with ghostly statues of soldiers. Then into town and briefly, then back for lunch.
Afternoon went to town again and to D-Day museum – very interesting. Shuffled around by slightly bossy museum guide to English speaking films etc.
Emerged to watch concrete being poured!
